3.  I agree to maintain the artwork/s

4.  I agree to pay twice the value if the work becomes damaged 

5.  I agree not to copy the artwork/s  in anyway if so there is a fine of £500

6.  I agree not to sell the artwork/s

7.  I agree if lost/stolen, to pay twice the value of the artwork as it's hard to replicate

8.  I agree to send the artwork/s back to the creater
